The proces of mechanical pretreatment is equipped with several robotic centres for the possibility of surface pretreatment before subsequent surface treatment. Mechanical pretreatment can be to performed in a variants of a high gloss, brushed or ground surface.
The anodizing proces is equipped ith two automatic lines with PLC contorl and data archiving. The smaller line has baths with usable dimensions of 2m x 0,5m x 1,4m. The larger line has baths with usable dimensions of 2,7m x 0,5m x 2,0m. In the both lineswe use chemical products from proven suppliers, witch are guarantee of high quality surface treatment. On these lines we perform primarily componets for the automotive, aerospace, electrical, furniture and construction industries, as well as parts for the general engineering and sports industries.
Anodic oxidation or anodization is an interesting surface treatment of aluminum and its alloys. The anodic oxidation process is used to increase the thickness and density of the natural oxide layer on the metal surface. A thin layer of alumina with a thickness of 5 - 50 µm, which has a corundum structure and is very hard and abrasion resistant, is formed on the surface of aluminum components by the passage of a direct current. When anodizing, the parts can be painted with organic or electrolytic dyeing in a wide range of colors and give them the necessary decorative appearance.
The aim of the surface treatment is to achieve a functional surface. There are requirements for surfaces that the material alone cannot meet. The technological process of production can reversibly and irreversibly affect the properties of parts. Anodized surfaces guarantee a protective effect and low maintenance costs. Anodizing is environmentally friendly because it does not produce any heavy metals or other harmful and dangerous by-products.
Operation of other processes is ready for machine or assembly processes, expansion is possible through possible riveting, punching and other required processes according to customer requirements.
